    Haven't seen this posted yet. Dell's Small Business portion of its website is running specials on their D420 ultraportables. You can see them here. Looks like they're running other promos as well.

    Looks like Dell is updating it constantly, because I just ordered a D420 earlier today and received 19% off. I purchased the 60 gig hard drive model, with 1.5 gigs of ram, and the total came to $1,862. The promotion shaved $436 off the price, and it comes with free shipping, too.

    Ship date looks to be the first week in December. Looking forward to getting it, and am real happy to have an ultraportable sporting 1.5 gigs of ram, should really improve performance.

    (If you've ever purchased from Dell, they are extremely liberal about their "Small Business" section, as they should be. If you're purchasing for work or your home-based business, generally speaking, you qualify. So it's always good to peruse the small-business offerings from Dell when buying from them. And check your email for Dell coupons, too.)
