Since I take and take and take so much from the site, it's about time I do a bare minimum here.

Altec Lansing MZX606 Ultra High Def Sound Headphones with iPhone Control

$19.99 for the next 21 hours from this posting. These have an inline mic and are pretty good quality.

HTC EVO View 4G Android Tablet - 32 GB - Dual Camera - 7" Wifi / CDMA (Sprint) DOES NOT REQUIRE A SPRINT ACCOUNT!

This item doesn't have a link because it ended 2 hours ago, but look for it to be relisted soon, as they frequently relist deals that did well. I bought it for $230.

    -------------

I have bought both these items. Amazon had the headphones listed as $40, and I returned those just so I could get the same pair for half that price. When I get them I will post reviews if anyone's interested. I don't think the tablet deal is anything TOO special, but since I'm a newb to tablets/android, I figured I better get my hands dirty and try some customization.

I have used that site before and its pretty good. Right now the main deal is a radar detector? Amazon reviews are ok for it so I'm really debating picking it up.

Do you really need a radar detector? Just don't drive wrecklessly, speed more than a few mph, and pay attention. I've never had a ticket.

Driving from Florida to Texas often... its more of a precaution. I also have to apply for the Texas bar to become a lawyer and they look at EVERYTHING... even traffic tickets. Not saying that will prevent me from becoming a lawyer, but still. Either way, ya, I passed up on the deal...

Well I received my headphones but they were the ones I'm returning to Amazon so I can't open it/try them out yet, haha.

I also bought this Netgear WNR2000 Router about 20 minutes ago for $10 (+$5 shipping). I know it's not the BEST router in the world, but at 1/5th the price of Newegg at a factory refurbished state, I figure it'd be good to experiment with and maybe even use to extend the range of my existing router stuff. Stick some dd-WRT on there too to screw around.

I just saw they have the Jawbone bluetooth headset for $9.99. I might grab one just to test out the noise cancelation thing they supposedly have.

Based on the reviews, those are not too hot. Sound quality is good but the general consensus is they are really really poorly made, the earband anyways. Sound quality is supposed to be really good.

I just bought a pair of other earbuds, Seinheiser cx-200's off newegg for $15.00. My friend told me that that's a trusted brand and some of the highest quality sound you can get in earphones that small, bass especially. It ends the 30th, so jump on it while they're in stock.

    *EDIT: See Vicious' thread.

Glad to hear you like 'em! ^^

I'm using them now and had to turn up the frequency quality in the sounds panel and it sounds beautiful. (using it on my lappy) Let me know if you get the mic working/how well it works.

I couldn't get the mic working. It's built into the volume buttons?

how are you trying to use it? The mic is built into the 3 button volume controller. You have to plug it into a device which accepts both an input and output, or get an adapter. You can use the headphones with legacy headphone jacks, but can't use the microphone with legacy microphone jacks.

Most new smartphones probably support this type of connector, as well as newer laptops (or at least newer apple laptops, starting about mid 2010 and later)

    *Update*

I am no longer endorsing this website. I bought about 15 things from them (mostly under $30 each) over the course of a couple months. They source things and sell most of it indirectly, so they don't even see the products before they get sent to your door. They totally botched an order for some refurbished headsets/bluetooth and promised a refund and were extremely sketchy and I had to get paypal to get me the refund finally.

Quick to take your money - almost ghost-like when asking for a refund. Two thumbs down. Just wanted to bump this in case others were on the fence about this website. Most of their deals can be sourced from amazon or other e-tail stores with less than ~$15 price difference.
