Head over to shopping.bing.com and just search for 'dell'. There will be a link on the right hand side of the webpage that has a link to Dell. Click on that and the 20% off will be activated.

I am quite certain zfactor meant % instead of $, they are one besides the other...

BCB did try to mess with some HP buyers after the 25% BCB...such a shame.

Not likely, as the Bing cashback for Dell was 20%. People wouldn't be worried if it was restricted to 20%. ;)

    Wrote back

    To whom this may concern

Mind if I ask what you mean you guys will not honor it? After all this is microsoft honor it right? All you need to do is forward my invoice to bing.com to show that when I place the order I was using bing.com during the 20% cashback event (Nov 27- Dec 2nd which still not end yet.) Also the 20% cash back is still active in bing.com and there is no fine print saying what is exclude/not qualify in the event . Or is this just another false advertisement ?

Let's see how this goes ...

Oh jeeze...I already received my Cashback confirmation, but Delightful Dell  decided to delay the delivery of my BluRay Player because it's Temporarily Out Of Stock til 12/27 (was 12/3)....(wasn't when I ordered on 11/27).

I hope they don't pull my CB. :( Then, I will not be a happy Cin.

Dell delaying/canceling an order because they did not like the price? That is not a first with them...

I don't think it matters when they ship it, but it matters when they charge you/process your orders.

That really sucks. And looks like MS screwed Bing up again. Rather disappointing as they were going really well this year, compared to the 40% HP mess last year.

And not a first with HP or Lenovo either. ;) Especially Lenovo. In all fairness, however, this appears to be more of a Bing, and less of a Dell issue.

At any rate, it would seem that they are canceling cashbacks, and not orders instead?

teah...if this doesn't go through , my ship date is like mid-jan....(yeah no kidding on order page it's Jan-18 2010...lol) I think I will even cancel my order before that. But aren't this falls under "false advertising"?

    Well, yes, I would think.

However, I think blame is being put on Dell too quickly. We don't know why cashback isn't being honored, it could very well be a Bing issue. I would look into contacting Bing.

I would blamee it on Dell and bing, then again bing cash back is supported by the vendors ...so I would blame on Dell somemore .....

Is this still active? I don't see Dell in Bings list of mechants.

Never mind found it doing a bing search instead. Don't know why it is listed in the list of merchants.

I still haven't received a reply from Bing yet about my Cashback. I have my camera, but I haven't opened anything besides the box to verify it is the camera.
