This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    this monitor may have some issues (according to some people on fatwallet). it also only comes with a 1 year warranty as opposed to the monitor that i purchased from this thread which comes with 3 year warranty and is still getting outstanding reviews: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=351895 . <--- note that this one is sold out online but costco still has them in-store. i will continue to try to keep all of my major tech purchases exclusively through costco as their return policy is basically no questions asked within 3 months of purchase.
