    Hard to say, they issue these coupons when they have excess inventory in the Outlet, the deals are not dictated so much by time of year but rather what they have too many of lying around in the Outlet warehouse.

    I went to the M11X link( bottom of your first post), chose a laptop, put in the cart then went to checkout and when I applied the code, it stated the code is only for things in my cart.
    Any idea what I am doing wrong?

    It was for two weeks ago, and only lasted that weekend. Code is long since expired.
