    Looks like Black Friday came early! This is definitely one of the best deals I've seen all-year. Saveology's weekend deal is a coupon for 25% off new Dell Inspiron, XPS, and Alienware systems for $5. Check out the deal here:

    https://www.saveology.com/deals/nat...=ym&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=dell-coupon

    <s>As of the time of this post, there are three days left to claim the coupon.</s> The coupon itself expires on January 31.

    Wow. Combined with the Dell gift card deal, this is the cheapest you will be able to snag a new system for a while. It is doubtful that the coupon will work on Black Friday sales, but then there would be outright steals!

    Edit: The deal was extended for over two more weeks. Yup, you will be able to decide on Black Friday whether this beats the day's deals!

    Wow, what an incredible discount.

    Getting an M17XR3 just became alot more tempting.

    1175.21$ (1469.02$ - 25%) would be the price for a brand new M17XR3 if the -25% works on this particular model.

    Let's see how much the other systems will come up to ...

    M11XR3 = 1224.02$ (only option on site) - 25% = 979.38$
    M14XR1 = 1248.52$ (+i7 & +900p incl.) - 25% = 998.82$
    M17XR3 = 1469.02$ (stock) - 25% = 1175.21$
    M18XR1 = 2449.02$ (CF 6990 ATI) - 25% = 1959.22$

    I buy coupons on the net all the time. Saved me a lot of time and money. Got 20% off my baby's bedroom furniture with a purchased coupon and saved $25 off the price of my new cable modem, which even with sales at at Staples, made it significantly cheaper than any online retailer.

    So does this coupon work on any laptop configuration?

    And the Dell gift card deal, (if you buy a $400 gift cards you get a $75 eGift card), can you use the $400 gift card and the $75 one on the same purchase? And can you use 2 $400 gift cards and 2 $75 eGift cards all on the same purchase?

    Has anyone confirmed this? and does it work with the 25% off deal?

    $400 Gift Cards can be consolidated into one purchase, so you can use $800 if you get two.

    The promo eGift Cards cannot be stacked, so only $75 can be used for one purchase.

    As for the coupon, nobody knows as no one received theirs yet.

    I would assume that the coupon discounts from the Market Value of a system, so don't take "instant savings" into account. Hopefully I'm wrong. Dell has been generous with 25% off coupons lately, as they just had an offer for Geico customers. Saveology is completely legitimate, look them up.

    Chances are that it won't. If you live near the US border, consider getting it sent to a mail holding facility and then picking it up. If you're in Southern Ontario like me, CBIUSA is the facility I use for US-only items in Niagara Falls, NY :) They generally charge 7.50$ to hold the package for 2 weeks.

    Definitely grabbing the coupon.

    eBates just doubled their Dell cashback from 2% to 4%. So for all intent and purposes, you can receive 29% off with the coupon and cashback. There's also the $75 eGift card offer for each $400 Dell gift card purchased, you could save a lot this month.

    I'm interested to see if 1. this coupon works and 2. if it comes with any strings attached. I have read through the majority of the T & C's and it looks like it could be legit. But I'm a little skeptical having never used this company before. If anyone can vouch for them that has actually purchased this coupon I would be grateful. I'll rep ya.

    I'm pretty sure it's going to work:
    Dell Member Purchase & Employee Discount Program (EPP) | Dell
    That said, you're not getting the regular instant savings, instead you're getting 25% off the listed market value price, so it may be a lot or not much savings.

    I have used it on this order

    Alienware M18x - Nebula Red Anodized Aluminum
    Intel Core i7 2860QM 2.5GHz (3.6GHz w/Turbo Boost, 8MB Cache)
    4GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 1600MHz 2DIMMS
    Alienware M18x 330W A/C Adapter
    18.4-inch WideFHD 1920 x 1080 WLED
    Dual 2GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580M NVIDIA SLI Enabled
    500GB 7200RPM SATA 3Gb/s
    Personalized Nameplate Trigger
    Custom Nameplate
    AlienFX Color, Terra Green
    Killer Wireless-N 1103 a/g/n 3x3 MIMO for Gaming and Video
    Accidental Damage Service, 3 Years

    Total price: 2,540.89
    Price before discounts: 3,497.00
    Total saving: 956,11 or 27%

    So it also stacked with the 2% from the EEP, I just did it on the website so you might even get a better deal if you call them.

    That's a negative.

    Unfortunately this offer required the buyer to have a US address, so the only way to circumvent it as a Canadian was for the buyer to call up their CC company, change their their address to a US one, order it, and then call back and re-switch your address, since the payment information asks for your CC number as well as the address attached to it, therefore making this a US-only offer.

    The buyer would then have to do this allover again (unless you buy both the coupon and laptop within a few days of eachother) when he/she is ready to order using the -25% off coupon, providing you can make a trip to the US to pick it up, use a forwarding service, or have a friend ship it to you :p

    It sounds like a hassle, but the savings are very significant ...especially after combining it with the gift card promo.

    How do I know this? I used to work for Mastercard ;)

    Can somebody with a code check if the coupon takes 25% off of this (new) M11x R1's "after-savings" configuration price of $699? It would make sense for it to since it works on the newer $899 R3 though its value from about two years ago is still noted as the $1,134.00 "market value."

    My understanding is that over the phone they can take up to three payment sources. So you could do: $400 gift card + $75 promo card + credit card.
    The tricky part is that you can't consolidate the promo cards like you can the normal gift cards, so each one of them ends up being one of your three forms of payment.

    Emm3, u have to go thru, dell.com/saveology
    This takes u to the members area, click shop now(mid of the screen), and choose from the dell advantage program, or othe listings on the side, after u add to cart u can enter the coupon.

    You might be in the wrong section or that coupon may already be used, i know it works as i have one myself that i havent used yet
