This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Interesting, I just looked and the price went up again. Maybe as the stock runs down the price goes up (like at newegg). Good ole supply and demand :p

    their website is gay. they are 499, thats what they are on my comp. if it says 1499, it usually goes back to 499 in step 2 of checkout process. or u can call them and order.

    Hrm, funny. I had looked at these earlier in the day and the prices came out proper but still it is saying 1499 for me right now.

    i just bought 2 @499

    and one yesterday for 599, same model, but with 60gig hd, dvd-rw/dvd ram, bluetooth, fingerprint reader, faster processer etc. the 599 one is gone tho.
