    watch out for this deal because the wd 500 gb 5400 rpm hd should be out within a week or two and its msrp is supposed to be 159$

    Well if you can a 500Gb Notebook HDD that has MSRP for 159, you let us know. This was the best deal I could find by far.

    well you can buy the wd 500 gb inside a encolsure for 199 from western digital right now

    i suppose when u consider the enclosure might be worth 20 its a similar price but the wd should be much better than this samsung one.
    No tests on it on the net though yet
