Since 10th Gen products have been selling in market for a while, is there any special offer for this 9th gen model from Gigabyte?

Did you click on the link? It's $1,399, a $500 savings, which is insanely cheap for a laptop with a 4K OLED screen.

It's sold by and ships from Amazon, so you shouldn't have any issues getting support directly from Gigabyte. You can also add an extended warranty at time of purchase, which I actually would recommend in this age of key components being soldered to the motherboard.
