Best online deal I have found. Was close to buying one from xoticpc.com or a few other retailers for around $1600

I don't think you get the backpack or mouse - it doesn't say and most online sites seem to.

Free ground shipping so it's not a bad deal. Only good until 11/30

It includes the mouse and backpack as well as 2 year warranty and 1 year ADP warranty (according to the specifications page). It also has free 3-day shipping.

I went ahead an bought mine. for $1499 its price vs performance is about as solid as you can get and the warranty/extra just sweeten the deal. You're prob right that something new is coming, but it won't be as cheap =)

What's the best recent price on these? I think ZZF had it for $1449? I'm getting sick of waiting for the m1530, this may have to do. If you order the G1S by 11/30 you also get the free headphones.

    AWESOME!!! I bit :)

I am so happy OP that you posted this! I've been eyeing this bad boy for at least a month or two..waiting for the price to come back down near to ZZF's original steal at $1449. I prefer newegg over ZZF too. This newegg deal totally fit my budget of $1600 including router (Netgear WPN824 for $74.99 - $30 MIR.)

Greystone - trust me buddy I don't think you are going to find better until they discontinue the model and its on clearance...ZZF prices changed +-$50 on a daily basis to hover around $1550-$1600 plus shipping. Plus I did a lot of reading on them and they take sometimes up to a week or so to ship..so yea you'll pay extra $$ for 3 day, 2 day, or overnight shipping...but you won't get it that quick.

    Thanks!

Glad to help, and grats on your purchase. I've been eying it for a week or more and when this price popped up - I couldn't pass. I would have gone the $1200 G1S-X1 rout at BB when they were on clearance, but the only one at any BB in my district was a floor model...I didn't like that idea.

Comes with no accessories, including no power supply. I confirmed this with NewEgg. Amazingly stupid policy, what good is a laptop without a PS? And it seems buying these PS's is not easy.
