    BE CAREFUL if you try this out i have seen personally open box laptops from newegg that didnt even have the ac adapter or anything software wise etc come with them. open box items do not always have everything with them

    zfactor is right...

    Newegg's fine print states that open box items might not come with necessary components like adapters, screws, mounting hardware, etc anything.

    I almost bought an open box zalman HSF but if it doesn't come with the mounting hardware what good is it? lol

    I love newegg but that doesn't make much sense!

    It was $1,543.00 + $23.40 (s/h) = $1,566.40 - $38.58 (bing cashback) = $1,527.82.

    A little more than a new base NP8662 and more than the decent spec'd-out one I just sold, but, all-in-all, not a bad deal.
