    anyone know of a company that has free shipping on laptops?
    or really cheap shipping

    Dell has them now and then.
    I ordered a laptop on the 22nd with free 2 day shipping (no handling charges)
    Usually Dell charges a $24 or $25 handling fee on its shipping when they do offer free shipping.

    Right now they are offering free 3-5 day shipping plus a $24 handling charge.

    PC Connection does, eCost does pretty cheaply, there are tons of others, just look around.

    But its the total cost including shipping tax and handeling on a laptop that really counts.
