Are there any Dell Canada 15or20% off deals ever?

Or is it just always Americans who receive these deals. (does Michael Dell hate Canadians? Is he punishing us for Celine Dion and Avril Lavigne??)

The only places I've seen dell canada coupons are at couponmountain.ca
and xpbargains.com. Sadly the few coupons that exist are basically $50off or $100 off and they don't seem to be combinable with the regular deals at dell.ca. Are there any other places for Dell Canada coupons?

After reading the reviews here at notebookreview of the Inspiron 8600, I'd like to get this one, but I was hoping there would be a good deal for it, like 15 or 20% off like in the U.S..

maybe dell canada has decided to start offering the same deals americans get all the time

this is 20% off the inspiron xps (ZHR53Q5CDXFCB1) and it expires 2004-10-28
it's stackable too on top of the dvd burner upgrade

now waiting for a %20 off the 8600 or 9100 [ ]
