    Nice. Great price! Specs says it even includes external DVDRW drive. Curious if that's true.

    A few things I noticed:

    - 4GB RAM is single channel and soldered on the mainboard
    - 500GB hard drive is 7mm
    - WLAN has only a single antenna (weak connections?)
    - Less than 4 hour useful battery life
    - poor cooling results in lower than expected performance

    But $400 (Well $400+tax for most) isn't a bad price for a touchscreen Windows 8 netbook. Something for surfing and email and basic office tasks essentially.

    I wonder if this Asus laptop will have the recently common screen bleed issues? The price seems good.

    I just picked one of these up - it does come with an external DVDRW Drive.
    Initial impression is that the build quality is pretty good, especially for the price.
