That processor is iffy, but doable. Nonetheless a decent buy.

VERY nice price. All it needs is a cpu upgrade.

this laptop looks really nice, i was gonna get the Dv5t, but i wnet to best buy and tried both of these out. i decided im not a fan of the dv5t, but i loved this. when i finish saving up imma get this (unless i find something else better) though i will upgrade the processor within a few months of getting it.

Ahhhh....yes....THAT was the Asus boxes I saw them moving around at BB tonight. I went to pick up the Gateway M-6864FX, and there was a stack of about a half dozen Asus lappie boxes being hoarded around to the cage area.

Man - I have never SEEN so many Gateway boxes in my LIFE!
With all that "Cow Pattern" on the boxes, I swear I thought I was at a dairy!!!

They were shuffling a bunch of Asus, Sony, Gateway, and Toshiba boxes to the cage in the front, probably a couple "hunerd" from what I saw.
