Just wanted to give a heads up to those Canadians who wanted one of the almighty G73s that it's available at your local BB for 1499$CAD which isn't so bad compared to the regular US price of ~1600$.
Here's the link:

Note: it does not carry the standard Asus warranty.

Hi, isn't it G73?
-
Note that this lappy has the downgraded screen with a resolution of 1600x900, instead of the 1920x1080 available on the model initially released.
-
I wish it was a g74 ;p
The differences between the BB version and an A2 are:
1600x900
no bluetooth
no bag
no mouse
1.3 mp webcam
No asus global warranty
Really tempted though, might take a drive and go see the screen for myself... debating whether the above is worth the extra $200, or if canada will see an x05 model like the us BB's. -
Yeah I typo-ed the thread title, also, it'd be nice if a mod could also change the extension of the model, it's not the A2 like most Canadian sites bu a BB exclusive.
You also forgot that the keyboard is a Canadian one rather than the US English so that might be annoying to some. -
US bestbuy is selling this model for 1599
-
This is the best deal canada has had in a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time. Sure beats out canada computers, NCIX and tigerdirect.
-
Actually not necessarily. The online model has higher screen resolution, better warranty and extra accessories so the higher price tag is somewhat justified.
