    I just found this, this PDF is on many websites, the rebate is through Asus direct it looks like.

    It is not the rebate form it self, but instructions how to claim the rebate. There are 7 diffrent Asus models that have a $100.00 rebate, and 3 that have a $50.00 rebate. The rebate is good from 1/1/2011 through 1/31/2011.
