This is a nice laptop with a netbook form factor and 13.3 screen and one that can actually use real Core 2 Duo CPUs (not the low voltage ones) I got one of these for my wife and pt a P8400 in. She is very happy with it and there is no heat issue. It runs cool. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get a portable decent laptop.

cool, I like the profile. I was expecting something else.

I still think the price is at least $70 too high though. There is some serious competition especially from 13-14" refurbished business class models at $600. Dell E4300 in particular.

Well new Dell E4300 starts at $1700. This is a different animal. It is a laptop with regular CPU but no optical drive.

You can get a refurbished E4300 from $579.

But this one has the 'new' factor, good deal.

That's a really nice looking laptop with a external DVD drive. If I can get out of my Dell purchase tomorrow I may give this one more consideration.

With the P8400 my wife is getting about 4-5 hours. Yeah it is pretty good.

Also, I think the main feature of this notebook is that it is light!!! The dell is is more then a pound heavier I think.
