Battlefield Bad Company 2 PC - $23 Pre-Order

Barnes and Noble has Bad Company 2 pre-order for only $20 (plus $3 shipping & possibly tax). OUT OF STOCK

It's probably a simple price error, but many people (including myself) are jumping on it just in case :

Its a price error bad UPC code or something. As on another forum somebody posted that they called and spoke with a rep and that is what they said.

But you can always hope it goes through anyways I guess.

ordered one... really hopes it goes through. Even with tax (7%) it's less than $25

I am in the beta wasting my key, may share it with somebody. If you can share it. I will find out when I try to install the beta on my G73 for benchmark testing.

Game is not due to ship till next month. I think they are just taking there time to reverse the orders that way you can get your hopes up really high, makes them enjoy crushing them more at the last minute.

Atleast everybody is positive I got chewed out by people last time I took advantage of a price mistake. Got COD: MW2 for $25.00 and people were like saying I am dishonest for buying it at that price. Wasting that game away too, im only like 4 missions into single player and have not even tried multiplayer yet.

With all these games I dont have time to play, guess what I do last night... buy Trine for $5.00 on steam lol. But I like to have a steam game collection since its so easy to just download them on any of my computers when I want to play them. No need to worry about space of storing the game disks or losing them or there CD keys.

 

You're a lot like me Vicious. Like to tinker, and own the games "just in case". I don't have time either. I do try to get through some of the bigger titles though, like Bioshock 2 I will get through, and I like Dirt2 so far, just haven't had much chance to dig in yet. I loved the original Dirt.

It isn't dishonest to get games on a price mistake. They can reverse it if they want to. Their mistake. People just get jealous because they didn't get the discount. LOL.

I would soo have gotten this already if I didn't buy like 8/9 games during the christmas steam sell. I also just recently bought mw2 and l4d2...so yea.

 

So got the email today - order canceled due to items no longer being available.
