Hey everybody, I was looking at phones at my local BB, and found the BlackBerry Curve with Verizon for FREE with a 2 year agreement. Hope somebody can benefit from this! :)

The bb bold (niagra?) is coming to vzw soon in case anyone is interested. I'll be replacing my 8330 when it comes out.

Yep, thats what I'm waiting for!! I wanted to upgrade my 8830 to the Storm, but I tried it for a weekend when we had a demo at work and HATED IT. Touch screen is just not for me on those devices. I do a lot of emailing for work on my BB, and that touch screen really slowed me down.

Yeah, that was one of the things I was leary about. I didn't want to get stuck with something like the Storm and not be able to type an email in under 30 min. :p I didn't like the way the screen depressed, as I thought that would really hamper typing. I don't know though, I guess I needed some insight from Storm owners before I made a biased decision... :p :D

I got a storm on launch day and took it back 3 weeks later. I tried to love it but I went back to my old flame, the curve. :p

If you got it from vzw, you can take it back within 30 days. If you got it from BB, I'm not sure.

If you have a family plan, you could always upgrade the line of a family member with the bold/niagra and then do the switch-a-roo. Maintain the packaging and sell the curve for $50-$100.

I got it at BB with Sprint, but I was debating wether to get Sprint or Verizon. I ended up with Sprint, so now I can't get the Bold... :(
