You should have posted the link for that!

can't post link since it's flash
Go to Best Buy's website
click weekly ad
go to page 18
under the Xbox360 picture, it lists PS3 $59.99, PC $29.99
but I did just notice that on page 19 it says $59.99 for PC and the actual page for it says $59.99. I guess it's probably just a printing error. Who knows... if you get there early enough on Sunday before they catch it, maybe you can get them to price match it -

If its printed in the ad you may get lucky and get it for that price. I opened the flash but cant find a way to zoom in enough for a good size picture or print.

Worked, got mine for $29.99. The add in store has the same error. Go get yours before they figure it out. + rep
Also, I am pretty sure you can do a price match at Walmart if you take the add to the walmart store. -

Got mine too, just got home. Was not easy I really had to fight for it. Nice guy didnt work. Had to use evil guy technique.
I had a mean store manager to refused to be kind or help. They have the price error notice in there system and that is all they need to tell you no.
But I got a game I would not have bought otherwise, they still made money on it. $60.00 for PC game is outrageous in the fist place.

I should also get some sleep for work.
Oh, what really upset me was if they have the official price error notice they should not be handing out the deal pamphlets without a correction right as you walk into the door, its one thing to make a mistake, its another to know you made a mistake and to do nothing about it. Honestly that was my leverage to get the deal. As a manager at my place of work it would be totally unacceptable and unprofessional to do like they were doing.Last edited by a moderator: May 7, 2015 -
I just went to my local best buy and they had a correction notice on the pc game.

Pull it off when no ones looking?

I tried to say I didn't see the notice but they wouldn't give it to me for $29.99. I think it's crazy that they still want $39.99 for cod4, looks like I'll be waiting for a few years on a price drop for mw2.

I installed it, I like how it binds to steam so I can lose the disks lol. I just wanted to try out my friends wide screen fixer program. With it, it ran and looked flawless in 5760x1200 surround.
Now I am trying to find my copy of the first MW game, its not on my steam so I have the disk around here somwhere... but I cant find it. This is why I like digital games lol.
But what I wanted to test is if I can add it to my steam by using the activate game function on steam and putting in the games code. -
$30 for a new released game... nice!

I went to my local Best Buy, and they already had a price correction sign up.
I was considering maybe trying to do a price match at Walmart or Target.

glad to see it at least worked for a couple of you guys.
i would've jumped on it myself if i didn't already have it on xbox 360. -
Nice deal!
In Canada we even have a law for this! If the computer-stored price is higher than the advertised one, you get the lower price + $10 rebate. I got so many free chocolate bars with this -

WORKED FOR ME!!!
I went to the Best Buy near Iowa City and they still had the misprinted ads so I took out the page following the misprint (because it list the PC version as 59.99) and got it for $30! The clerk thought it was fishy so he had to get a manager, but she honored the ad. If that doens't work, I'm sure Target or Wal-Mart would do a price match.
Good luck all!
COD Modern Warfare 2 for PC only $29.99
