in that case price will continue to fall down in aug, sept, oct, nov, dec and then again in jan 2013, feb, march, april, may, june,,,........

Are you gonna wait or are you gonna bite. Wait for ever and keep holding your e-peen for lower price. Price drops will never stop but in the time you are waiting for price to come even lower. I have flipped 25 ssd and made out like a bandit with $$$$ left over to buy 512gb SSD and still come out ahead.....how long you gonna wait.....

Already jumped on the $200 deal that was posted yesterday. Oh well. I guess that's two Happy Meals I'll have to hold off on.

    I mean what.

No worries you will see more and more price drops along with other manufacturers participating in the price war as well . I plan to flip a couple that i have extra and sit on the side lines for more deals. I want them to pay me to buy an ssd lolz . Not holding on to any ssd instead I plan to buy stock in some companies while SSD tank in value....wish i could short the nand flash market some how. Next time you see a deal and you know you need one just pick it up and wait until the next time you need another drive. Don't try to time the market just get it when you need it and wait out till the next war.

Back in stock so jump in or get raped at the local store.....

edit ... dead again. You are going to have to use a "check4change" plugin to firefox and have it alert you as soon as it is back in stock. The inventory is fluctuating and the deal is dying till the next time.

edit: back in stock and see the attachment

I didn't mean that ofcourse ;). In that case, wait for some years & you will have TB's of SSD on hand ;).

I was just saying that SSD is going low & low dramatically, in the just last 1 month, it's about $70-$120 OFF on 256GB SSD's.

Thank you so much for notifying me, unfortunately I think this website sells to only US citizens or I'm missing something. When I click on the provinces to register it only states US provinces.

The 512GB is $420. Actually reasonable for the size. Still more money than I'd ever want to pay for a mass storage drive. But still that's $0.82/GB. Pretty good. Get 512GB down to $300 and I'm sold.

And lol, one Amazon review from 2011 says "Pros: $2 per GB is a great price."

Dang, if Samsung goes $400 on 512GB, I will regret buying the 256GB version for $230!

That's not the 7mm version the person above you was referring to.

Still a great deal, though. ;)

If you want to upgrade when that happens, check with me. I should have the cash for my first SSD very soon and the 256GB Samsung is now my top pick given the price drops.
