Hmm, so CnC3 looks like they'll let you build bases unlike CnC4 (more like a TTS).

Great deal, based off my love for Generals and ZH. Hopefully CnC3 will hold me over until Generals 2.

C&C3 is my favourite RTS of all time. Make sure to get the Kane's Wrath expansion pack with it. The expansion pack adds new sub-factions, so in total, you'll have 9 choices (GDI x3; NOD x3; Scrin x3). C&C3 also has an massive mod/addon community - there's about half a dozen +unit/maps/scenario mods. Also, I adore the dark atmosphere of this game!

C&C4 is also a fun game, BUT only in group PVP/Skirmish.
The single player campaign is absolutely terrible.

Already have CnC4 and I didn't like it, to be honest. When I bought it, I played through the first mission or two and didn't like how it has changed from the Generals/ZH-style gameplay. Stopped playing it a few days after buying it and didn't touch it again; wondering if I should bother reinstalling it to give it a second shot.

EA destroyed another great game PERIOD!! Other than sports games they pretty much ruin games now days. Pretty much any series they buy that was great, goes down hill after they purchase them.

Sports games? Shoot, EA's Madden series is the same garbage each and every year. Seriously, what's the difference between Madden 2011 and 2012?
