San Francisco Chronicle Newspaper Ad. Not sure if this is a bay area sale, or nationwide. Call your local compusa if you are interested.
The fine print excludes HP & Toshibas over $1449, panasonics and apples. I guess in marketing class they redefined the word "all"
sale items and prices

That's really interesting, I'm going to have to check this out for myself (actually I'm just looking for an excuse to go and see some laptops).
Edit: I forgot that my CompUSA was one of the ones that got shut down when they closed half of their stores nationwide. Of course I only figured that out after I drove all the way to where it once was . . . -

All notebooks at cost is very misleading. Notebooks don't bring retailers much profit, so putting them at cost is maybe a $50 discount.
Edit: The more I think about it, the better this marketing strategy sounds. Putting all laptops at cost means no loss leaders - no negative profit for a day! -
you get the computers for the same price the store pays for them (supposedly) - no mark up for one day only
CompUSA "All" Notebookss at Cost - 11/16 only!
