They're actually advertising it at $149 but that's with an AOL subscription.

    Satellite L25-S119

    Intel Celeron M 370
    1.5 ghz
    400 mhz fsb
    1 mb L2 Cache
    DVD-ROM/CD-RW
    256 mb DDR SDRAM
    60 gb hard drive

    $749.99 - $50 instant savings - $300 CompUSA mail in rebate = $399

Also, the last time I was in CompUSA I noticed that they seem to have changed their return policy. Before, it used to be 14 days with a 15% restocking fee for opened items. Now it's 21 days with no restocking fee. A friend recently brought back an iBook that she tried out for a week and got a full refund.

Not sure about their online policy. In the stores I've been to in the Bay Area (SF and Emeryville), it's now 21 day return or exchange if you're not satisfied.
