Anyone know how the SATAII backwards compatibility is on this drive? Contemplating this for my M11x R2 but it only supports SATAII 3Gb/s

Works great...you only get a little over 250mbps vs the 500 advertised. I have the same drive in my laptop and in my desktop. My laptop is much faster...sataIII. But is a great improvement over my old 6400aaks raid 0.
