Sooo tempted. But I've been fine with 256GB for some time now. It will likely continue to drop. Problem is that when they release the new drives, the prices will go back up to like $600 until they're ready to release the next drive and then that one will drop to $350-$400.

    Hmm...

With 512GB I could fit my current Steam library on it plus OS, without having to delete anything. So tempting.

But nah. Just bought a 256GB M4. good enough for me.

Let me google that for you
    +
    "EXCLUSIVE DEAL: Get $50 back
Just select the "$50 back" option on the payment page for a $50 statement credit after first purchase."

Eh, you spelled "coupon" wrong. There is nothing on that first Google search "lmgtf.y" page that says anything about $50 statement credit, and "$50 statement credit" sounds like a sign up for credit card offer. Plus you said $70...

Not to mention making coupon statements with a link is called being helpful otherwise it's more or less trolling.

That's not a coupon, genius. That's a "sign up for a credit card and you'll get $50 back after your first purchase."

"buy.com has some great promotions and cupons . you can save like 70$ buying this SSD. 330$ ^^"

Funny coming from someone who is heavily promoting a Thunderbolt device.

You have no idea what I paid for my Mac, but it will be me laughing all the way to the bank when it comes time to resell it.

$399.99 at Adorama and you can get 6% cashback at TopCashBack which is a fully legit cashback site which I've used many times before.

    Brings price down to $375.99.

No Adorama ship internationally and you just need a PayPal account to receive cashback from TCB.

You apparently do not understand his rant. His rant was not "I hate coupons since I like to buy Macs". His rant was "This alleged coupon, isn't.".

And now that I look at that Google search result, I don't see anything involving a $70 off coupon. Enlighten us, but without the trolling.

Lots of people buy Macs at wholesale prices. One member gets excellent condition returns from Best Buy and sells them here cheap and still makes money on them. Others know someone at the apple store and get them for 30% off. This forum is full of very of intelligent, well connected, and savvy buyers.
