This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Looks like a great deal, haha. Wonder if it would work with the devil (Verizon) :p At that price, it would be worth snagging before upgrading to the Pre. I would be Dell would issue a refund and cancel the order if it was in fact a pricing error.

    specs say CDMA and GSM? i'm not a phone wiz but i thought phones have to be one or the other? i believe it would work on verizon.. i'd check it out. i'd order one but im a blackberry guy... this thing is sweet though, 5MP camera, GPS, Wifi, nice media features...

    I was thinking the same thing. I am a Palm (RIP) guy, one of the few. Been using it for seven years and have yet to find a better instant-on system. Besides, the fees verizon would charge me to switch phones may not be worth it. They have an open the door fee, take a number fee, etc. :D

    When Dell does these screwups, your order always gets canceled. This is just another one of their false advertising games just to get site traffic. They do it quite often.
