    The good news is that I've dealt with DELL Outlet plenty of times before and, if I know of a coupon even if I don't have one to redeem, often they'll extend the deal to me. After all, the coupons do exist for 20% off and if I'm on the phone and have knowledge of that coupon, I'll tell them either to extend the discount to my purchase or I'll just go elsewhere!

    I've always been successful using this tactic. Their willingness to haggle a bit increases as the inventory stacks up on the Outlet site.

    Yes, sort of. It's not the normal email sign up on dell.com, but one on the outlet site. I tried to sign up for it for weeks but never got anything. Then out of the blue one day (months later after I had already bought a M1330) I got email saying I was now subscribed, go figure.
