    the 3G iPhone will be 200 here in the USA from AT&T. So it seems more expensive on that ebay sale but then again I dont know UK prices. And I doubt its a scam. Look at the seller. 515 rating, power seller, 100% positive feed back.

    ^^^^That is with a contract from At&T that amounts to contract obligation nearing $2000. This is just the phone. That's why it is more expensive.


    That looks like a scam man. A big fat scam. Never do pre-orders from a company you can't trust.

    Yeah,

    Exactly, I thought the same think when I saw the feed back. I mail them today asking questions and the only think they said was to tell me to see the questions and answers part of their site.
    I mean if you look the price seems a big scam but the site and everythink make me doubt. For sure I will wait before making any step with them. Maybe calling them?

    If they are selling pre-orders, then they will be selling them outright once the phone is released. Wait until then. Otherwise it won't be until September that you find out if you were ripped off.

    I thought ATT is not allowing anyone to sell an iphone as they must be activated in store before leaving with them.

    LOL nizzy you really arent good at reading b4 posting are ya?! this is a UK auction so no AT&T involved at all! ;) he appears to be legit and the price aint too bad BUT we still dont know if the iphones are gonna be locked and whether some countries will get unlocked ones.

    i dont think its a scam. either that or he has scammed 300+ people before who gave good ratings =P

    Hi again,

    MUST be a scam guys. Now in their site (ohmac.co.uk) they have this offer untill 25 of June. I send them an e-mail with some questions that I have, and it arrived an autoreplay saying that he is in a business trip and he will respond me at the 25 of June. What a coincidence! The seller is returning from the trip the same day that the offer finish!!

    i still dont believe its a scam...
    the website has numbers, addresses listed. its a registered company. their ebay feedback is 100% with 500+ points, etc.

    I remember you the special offer of the 159£ is untill the 25th of June! I have my doubts too...Is such a good price for the 3G Iphone but I'm afraid ordering with them...Noone ever ordered from them?

    Feedback can be acquired just by asking your buddies (aka partners in crime) to buy a bunch of $0.01 items from you. It isn't a very good indicator of behavior...
