    Hey!

    at Dell Home!

Bing Cashback is at 10%, up from 5% but any bit helps!

    to get:

    > Bing

    > Key word search: dell laptop, dell desktop, enter

    > Next Page Under All Results:

    Click that $ $Bing Cashback > Enter^^

    > Then you will see:
    > Enter your Bing Hotmail/Live e-mail Addy, Click: Shop and Get Cashback, and you will be taken to Dells site to enjoy your shopping excursion!

Notes: You will not see any signs of Bing CB whilst shopping at Dell. Do not attempt to use any Coupon Codes, it will cancel you Bing CB. Cashback confirmation can take up to 48 hours to appear in your e-mail account!! You need to have a Bing Hotmail/Live email Addy established to use Bing! (see below) :)

Isnt it still cheaper to just call in ?

Can anything be combined to make this happen for a cheaper price?

I think, it really depends on the deal you are getting/purchasing & if you have a Rep that is willing to work with you. If not, 10% Bing CB in your pocket 60 days later is the way to go..(well for me, at least)

Unless you are finding a really good "Instant Discount" savings on your Online deal..that is the best your going to get with Bing. As, you cant combine coupon savings. : )

It's useful if the configuration that you want is on Dell Home and Home Office web and the only one they are offering on EPP site is a robbery... i.e. they give you 10% discount and $100 coupon off, after they bloated the price by $400 up.

Can you use BCB when buying an Alienware? The main Alienware doesn't have the BCB link on Bing.com but I know you buy Alienwares from the main Dell site so I'm not too sure.

Sure, just go to Dell.com, laptops & mini's, and you can select Alienware laptops from there.

I wondering if I can order a notebook over the phone and get the Bing cash back.
They gave me a pretty nice quote with free shipping and such for a Dell 1564.

I wonder if I can pull it up by quote number on the site and then get the bing cash back?

Nope, you have to link through their site, configure, and buy online. Now if you did that then called to have them adjust the price, it may be valid then, of course on the new price, not the old.

What if..... you go to dell.com/quote enter the quote information and then save it to your cart.

then begin the bing cashback process and basically checkout with a saved cart or a cart you retrieve from the bottom of the dell homepage. Do you have to do the configure step after going through bing to dell website??? would a cart already filled with items qualify as "configuring an order"???

Will this qualify for Bing Cash back? Please tell me because I really want this new tv and its going to be almost $315 cash back if this method of earning cash back will work.

^^Is the TV already discounted? Meaning if you go to dell.com is it a instant discounted item? Or, is this something you are working on with a Rep and he has special priced for you?

If, its already discounted all you have to do is enter thru the Bing site to Dell and put in the Item number by search. If its a special quote that you recieved via a rep. once at Dells site thru Bing you would like you said have to log into yor account and bring up a saved cart.

I am not sure if it would work or not. But, you are enter Dells site thru Bings portal. I would say maybe be sure you are logged in onto to Dell also before going into the Bing portal to make the signing into your cart easier once you are there.

Again..I have never tried this if it is the latter. I am not sure it would work or not.

yes, there is instant savings online on the tv and the bundle that comes with it BUT yes I am working with a rep to get same pricing attached to a quote to also include the DPA discount (3%) which I was having trouble with getting on my order online when I tried.

When I pull up the quote it does not show anything at the checkout screen or order summary about any of the discounts that were applied.... basically they matched the final subtotal price of the tv.

Yeah ive been playing around with this... but im not sure if a saved card would qualify for bing cash back??? but what if I added another item to my cart after retrieving the saved cart like maybe the Xbox 360 12 month membership for $29.99 which is NOT part of my saved cart/quote

would this force the bing system to recognize the order as valid?

well you can retrieve a saved cart without signing in i noticed.... but is that one of the requirements for bing cash back, that you must be signed in to your account??? what if you sign in after you checkout? or dont sign in at all and guest checkout??

also is there a limit to how much cash back I can get in one order from dell.com ?? isnt it $250 per session per day or am I thinking of ebay?

Usually, at checkout..for the 3% DPA to work (The Rep's try and Balk at giving you this BTW..you have to pressure them a bit to give this to you. It is w/in there means, they will tell you that the 3% DPA discount is applicable for *first time purchases only*

To get the 3% to work at checkout, you usually have to at :"Cart Summary" click "Return To Checkout" or "Checkout", Then, for your "Payment", "Select Payment Type" (drop down), change it from Dell Preferred Account, to Credit Card. You should see:
Save 3% with Dell Preferred Account! (Discount applied at Final Checkout).
Discount is only valid if entire purchase is on Dell Preferred Account.
Click Here to Take Advantage of this Offer

Then, you "Click Here To Take Advantage Of This Offer", Next Page" I already have a Dell Preferred Account.
Sign in now if you already have a Dell Preferred Account.
Click "Choose" and sign in..at that. :)

I saved a TV to my Cart for a later purchase. Then I went to Bing, went thru the portal came in to Dell's site and the TV was sitting in my cart. I simply brought up the Cart via "view" and went as far as "purchase mode". Even going as far as the 3% DPA. Yes, you can add other items after bring up something from your saved cart, like you did above.

Thing with Bing, once you enter it from the portal into Dell, you do not see any "Bing" in the background until after your purchase when your receive your Bing e-mail confirmation.

You have your e-mail account all set up with Bing right w/a Hotmail/Live account?

With Bing, you must enter thru their portal, to have it to work with the merchant you are purchasing from. (see above Post #1). You must have Hotmail/Live e-mail account setup & confirmed before purchase.

Whenever I visit Dell's site, it always recognizes me because I never really sign out and usually my purchases are still in my cart. I just clicked out and went back in and my purchase was still sitting in my cart ~ but it also killed my Bing transaction so I would have to start over.

Bing recognizes you from when you first sign in to get to Dell's portal from your known e-mail addy sign up ie. @hotmail.com or @live.com. There is not a $250 limit to the transaction, there is a limit to $2,500 savings per Calendar year with CB (but Bing CB is ending on 7/30). Please see the Bing FAQ for more info, etc.

Because I have never tried what you are attempting to accomplish, I cannot confirm this will work for you.
I had a Item automatically saved in "my cart" I was able to go to view & purchase if I wanted, and I would "assume" this would be the same if I were to type in a Item # and searched for it, and then added it to the cart, (as this also works on purchases during transactions).

    Hope this helps.

My DPA account only has $1k credit line so its a bit difficult to get it to apply to a sub total purchase of more than $1k... in fact I see the DPA 3% off but then it will not let me choose the DPA + Credit Card payment option...

this is sort of why I called DELL CSR to begin with and thats when they decided to generate the quote for me to include the 3% already discounted in the price of the TV.

And yes my bing account is linked with my email account. I suppose I should remain signed in before and after I click through bing to make this purchase.

The total bing cashback I would be expecting for this purchase is around $350 because Im also going to add a 12-month xbox membership which is on sale for $29.99.... this SHOULD force the bing cash back to qualify on my overall order because I have to configure an item
