Walmart.com is selling the Dell Business TB16 Thunderbolt 3 dock with 240W AC adapter for $187.35 (plus tax for most folks) with free 2-day shipping. The dock has connections for VGA, HDMI, mini-DisplayPort, and DisplayPort with support for three 1080p, two 4K, or one 5K monitor. Other ports include Thunderbolt 3 pass-through/USB-C, two USB 2.0, three USB 3.0, gigabit Ethernet, 3.5mm speaker output, 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo jack, and Kensington lock. It can provide up to 130W of power to Dell Latitude, Precision, and XPS laptops. Not sure about power delivery for non-Dell models, but apparently the I/O ports are all functional on other laptop brands.

List price on Dell.com is $350, so you're saving nearly 50%. Most TB3 docks of similar price have fewer ports and/or deliver much less power. Plus, since it ships directly from Walmart, you should be able to return easily to one of their brick and mortar stores if needed.
