This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Dell Canada (much like Dell USA) is having their "black Friday in July" pre-sale. So some laptops are on sale.

    In addition, you have the customary coupon codes (anywhere from $50-$150 off, depending on your purchase price). There's also the standard 5% Dell Advantage cash back via ePromotional Cards (can only be used at Dell, but is still treated by Dell as cold hard cash).

    PLUS, if you use ebates to initiate your shopping trip, you'll get up to 8% cash back (4% for business purchases, like Latitudes/Precision).

    Between the current sale, coupons and 8% cash back (as well as the 5% Dell Advantage cash back), you can score some good deals.

    For those wishing to purchase a business laptop, there's a $100 off coupon (SAVE100).
