This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Dell had said a while ago they were phasing out coupons in favor of lower standard prices and instant rebates that didn't require coupons.

    This seems like what has happened. I've seen Dell doing instant 12% off deals, and sometimes additional 20% off for certain configurations.

    It seems like lower overall prices is a better deal than waiting for coupons anyway.
