This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Wow, that's wonderful. I know so many people who are still after a (very) solid 15.4"er with XP. Pity the offer isn't international, but, well, I can look on with envy.

    Intel's processor number for the 2.0GHz Celeron (mobile) currently available is "550". The 550 and slightly slower (1.86GHz) 540 are the most common mobile Celeron processors still in use. Both have a 533MHz FSB and 1mb of L2 cache memory.
