    But what about the specs?

    Returned a Toshiba qosmio x505-898 due to speaker issues .. so want to get some of your folks opinion before jumping in.. :)

    How does the HD screen perform? Heard from other 3D lappy reviews that 3D filters make video look grainy...

    Also, how is the video card NVIDIA GT550M ? What can be expected for gaming?

    From what I've heard, The jbl speakers from the xps are great. And in terms of gaming, the video card is in the mainstream section.
