i'm very new to this whole notebook thing, and i really don't understand the dell coupons concept
how are the coupons issued? and each is only for one person? or many?
thanks in advance

It doesn't matter, when it's issued, it has a limit of uses and either when that amount runs out, or when the time period runs out, the coupon expires.
They issue it regularly, so you need to keep an eye out for it. And often, especially the REALLY great deals, like $750 off $1499, it expires within 10~ minutes... -
The coupons are issued by Dell, and are available to users for their USA Home online site. The coupons are only valid with the Inspiron systems, and generally you have to configure a laptop to a certain price in order to use the coupon. Its one coupon per order, and sometimes they are stackable with other coupons, but not very often. Once you configure your system and add it to your cart, you can copy the code and paste it in the coupon box to apply it.

I mean is that web page updated manually or is it dynamic within dell...?
