This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Nor a good Amazon deal on a notebook .

    They do have some good deals on some Sony notebooks at the moment. I am debating whether to buy one of there and pay with my VISA so i would get warranty cover for 2 years in the UK. They are selling the SZ6/X for nearly a $1,000 less than the rrp price.

    But they (amazon.com usa) do accept foreign creditcards! pretty important in my case.
