you can register your prepaid card with ebay to pay for purchase...be advised that I believe your spending limit may only be $1000.00. I have a prepaid card on my paypal account and I have never had any problems.

Well if its a buy now, there is no bidding, you buy it as the price. Bidding, you bid and when the auction closes, the highest winner wins. If it says reserve not met, than the seller has picked a amount the item has to be in order for it be sold. Like if its a 2 dollar laptop, chances are the reserve is not met.

The jumps are amazing though, I sold a mx1000 mouse recently, started at 0.01, ended at 59.99, not bad for 23 bids ;)

    Pretty much the feedback.

The higher feedback and feedback ratio(Positive feedback/total feedback)

Be sure to look at everything, when you are buying something that expensive, such as, shipping policies, return policies, and everything else. And when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. I am a very catious bidder, I look at what the seller sells, how long they have sold items of very high value and about 2-3 months of feedback and auctions that they have bought just to make sure that they are reliable.

Just be sure, VERY sure before you hand $1000+ for something because you do not want it to fall apart in your hands once you get it and no way to get your monay back.

Oh, yea by the way I bought my notebook online, it costed me $1700+, but I am totally satisfied with the purchase, so if your careful you can end up with a great deal.

It is like a tag sale, but you can find just about everything you have ever wanted.

I agree totally...you have to be very cautious from whom you buy. In their feedback, you can actually click on the iem theu sold, that will give you an idea how fast they ship and how they sale...the feedback and return policy is the key
