The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    FAQ for Posting Deals (Please read before posting)



    • Before posting, make sure the deal isn’t already posted

    • In the title be sure to include the product name and price

    • Type the products name out and some of the basic specs / features

    • Be sure to include the store name, and the URL (link)

    • Be sure to include the price and if it’s after any rebates in the title (AR)

    • If you can find out the period of time that the deal is valid for, please include that information in your post

    • If you notice that the deal is not valid anymore or the product is sold out then please edit your post accordingly

    • Do not post links promoting what you have for sale! Post this in the Buy / Sell / Trade section

    • Please be kind and respectful to other users

    • Warning : Referral links are not allowed - These are links to products where you are compensated when your link is used to make a purchase
    Referral links = Permanent Ban

    •Do not post EPP codes or anything similar not for public use. This includes discussion on bypassing MPP/EPP usage requirements.
