I know a lot of free after rebate offers come by, but as far as flash memory this one takes the cake - free 512mb SD card (for people in USA) after rebates and no shipping costs.

This is really great for Vista users (use ReadyBoost) or if you have a digital camera/smartphone.

Ultra 512MB 40X Secure Digital Media Card

    Rebate Expires 08/18-22/2006

Hope the manufacturer will honor the rebate. Sometimes they dont, and theres nothing you can do.

If you keep a copy of all rebate materials, the manufacturer must honor the rebate. You can call or email them as well. These rebates are a lot easier becasue they are filled online, and so you get a copy and a tracking number by email.

Where do I get the offer code? Do they give it to you after purchase to apply rebates?

Tuna - the offer codes are on those 2 forms.

I got one of those. Then I realized that I've no use for it. Thought of selling it on eBay or CL, but those things are flooded with cheap stuff. I was like ****, all this effort I have to go through to get the rebates, and I can't even use it! But then I thought of my cousin, who is the only person I know with a non-Sony Cybershot camera. I called her up, found out the model number, awesome. It uses SD cards. Looks like I'm getting a head start on my Christmas shopping. It might seem strange that the UPC code is missing, but oh well :D

Usually, rebates are 1 per household (address), and this one is no different. If you have multiple addresses, you can get multiple rebates.
