    just got it and it worked. just clicked on the zip file and it asked if i wanted to insert it now to avast antivirus. it then upgraded and dl'ed new files and had to restart computer. i think it added about 5 seconds to boot but hopefully that will resolve itself in the near future after a few more reboots.

    I currently disabled the Avast! Firewall thinking Comodo's was a better alternative.
