Free $3 credit for use toward anything in Amazon's MP3 store. (That'll get you about 3 songs.)

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.ht...t=101&pf_rd_p=500790611&pf_rd_i=2236008011#gc

Note: It says "You must redeem the code by November 30, 2009 11:59 PM PST." I'm not sure whether they mean that you need to claim your credit by that date, or that you need to spend the credit by that date.

Also, they have lots of $5 mp3 albums... so if you use that $3 credit toward one of them, it'll only end up costing $2 of real money:

What quality(bit rate) are these songs? Are they DRM restricted and require you to only play them on one computer and such?

Everything I have ever downloaded has been 256 Kbps CBR. I read recently in review that they used V -0 VBR which is the best possible format for MP3. (The equivalent to 320 Kbps CBR without the file size.) All MP3s are DRM free.

Yup, the quality of their songs is really great. Even better is the fact that they're DRM free.

Excellent deal indeed, thanks for the tip. I use both Amazon and iTunes . . . this changed my next purchase decision. ;)

Is iTunes cost more per song compared to Amazon? Or there is hidden option for less cost in iTune shop?
