i know a lot of free tools which supports playback DVD, video very well and sometimes several Blu-rays. For example, the VLC 2.0, the above said DAplayer, etc. But for the perfectly support(both new and old commercial Blu-ray discs) and playback Blu-rays, there are only charge tools. For example, PowerDVD, Macgo Windows Blu-ray Player, Arcsoft Total Media Theatre, WinDVD, etc.

Yeah, haven't had a chance to give this a whirl yet but will try it out. I just think those tools you have to pay for are way overpriced. They shouldn't cost $50-$100. They're a media player, nothing more. It should cost no more than $10-15. $20 maybe if they offer a lot of extra features. Although, personally, I just want a basic player for my blu-rays, nothing more.

If a player can play Blu-ray disc, it won't be cheap any more.
