    that is a sale on 8GB sticks...two of them...They had 2 8GB sticks that were 1600 or 1800 over the weekend but forgot to post it. it was i think 70 bucks, which is awesome for those speeds

    Also if you are talking about 2x4GB sticks they have sales all the time. The gskill ones go as low as 30 bucks. 30-35 is the going awesome price

    I want 2x8GB 1600 or maybe even 1866. This will be what I will use in my next notebook. DDR3 is pretty darn inexpensive compared to old DDR2. Can't wait till DDR4 comes around.

    they had on newegg over labor day the 1600 or 1866 but i didn't get around to posting until it had 3 hours left and at that point it wasn't worth posting...also i thought it was out of stock...can't remember
