Be careful with the specifications, because I have a feeling this one is also misadvertised just like the MD7822u.

    Read more about that here.

I just called my local Officemax and I asked if they had the MD7822u in stock. He said yes and I was 599. I might go check it out and see if the specs match. He said they didnt have a phone in the back so i couldnt confirm on the phone. Seems like a good machine for the money

Check the link I posted, someone already checked out the MD7820u at Officemax and just like the 7822u, its specification is also incorrect.

Too bad i read this board after making a MD7820u purchase. As complained on this board, the memory is DDR2 and not DDR3.

Also has no sign of Radeon Graphics Card. How can Gateway be duping us like that. Is it not illegal to play such games by the companies?

Whaaattt? No Radeon? And what's there instead of it? Yes, it's absolutely illegal if they are giving you something other than what you bought. It's a rip off.

I checked it out yesterday it has Intel mobile graphics. I think Office Max gets their specs off the gateway webpage and the gateway webpage must be f___ed up because even though they do state ATI HD3650 grpahics with "up to 2304mb" or whatever. I just checked the Gateway webpage and behold they have released the actual specs

Chassis with Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD with up to 1759MB of Intel® Dynamic Video Memory Technology 5.0 and Mobile Intel® GM45 Express Chipset
