    I just bought a P-7805U from Best Buy and have already opened it. They charge a 15% restocking fee which means I lose 175.

    Is it worth it to return my existing one for the one on newegg?
    newegg = 1200 + free shipping + 175 (restock) = 1375
    Best Buy = 1149.99 + 57.50 (tax) = 1207.49

    Any opinion or advice welcome

    Thanks!

    Some P-7805Us came with 1920x1200 screens and now I think current models are coming with the intended 1400x900 screens. All are supposed to have 1400x900 screens as shown on the box and palmrest sticker. If you were lucky to get the 1920x1200 screen, then your model is identical to the Newegg model.

    Otherwise, you yourself will have to decide if its worth to get the extra pixels on your screen. More pixels means more viewing space on your screen. But keep in mind that running games at 1920x1200 is more stressful and you will yield lower frame rate, you can run it at lower resolutions but then the image will be blurry.
