1006 before the 5% off. Only upgrade the dvd drive.
edit downgrade the vista for 30$ off more
973 before shipping and tax ( no tax for me) and before this 5% off and whatever else you find, I do believe visa is 5% more off.
Should get a thinkpad t61p with a 570m and wsxga+ for under 900$ Cant imagine anything out there is even close to that
Pretty much anyone considering a notebook should look at that first and then come up with something that comes close to it later. -
fatwallet fatcashback for lenovo is currently 8%... you can only get it if you purchase through regular website though.
therefore member purchase, visa = 5% but fatcash 8% you might wanna go for fatcash... -
I have to say about lenovo is theres about 4 different portals to the same thing.
Theres different steps but I believe they all reach the bottom line you just have to buy the same thing through each of their different portals.
theres epp cpp various coupons in the long run they are the same -

My dad did happen to get 15% with the members purchase program, so that plus the 25% off sale, makes it 40% off. Also after calling Lenovo, we were able to haggle another 5% off to get the price under $1000.
My dad likes his lenovo, though he wishes he was able to get a better video card (only a NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M (128MB)).
