My apologies if this is mis-posted. Admin can feel free to move it or delete as necessary. If there is a better place to post this, let me know.

I stumbled across THIS deal yesterday for Norton Ghost compatible with Vista. If you're a new Vista user like me, and your Vista doesn't include Complete PC Backup (I have Home Premium), and you just discovered that Ghost 9.0 will not run on Vista (not even if you install the redundant MS .Net Framework 1.1), thus leaving your previous backups totally unacessible, then you might check this out. If you opt for Google Checkout and 7-9 day free shipping, then eventual cost (IF you receive your rebate, and I'm USUALLY lucky) is $9.19. While you're waiting you can download the 30-day free trial of Ghost 12.0 from Symantec, do backups, and access your old files. When you get that rebate you can still pay most of the total cost for Acronis True Image Home 10.0 if you don't like Ghost.

Anyway, just a head's up, FYI.

P.S. Some Vista users say they have used older versions of Ghost via DOS, so your old Ghost isn't a total waste.
