palmag introduced me to Euclid Computers as I'm intending to buy a notebook. But I live in Australia, so it has to have international shipping. What other sellers have you tried/heard of that's cheap, reliable, and ships internationally?

    Thanks for your help.

Well, thing is. Australia is in quite a bit of inflation now, and the prices are pretty high. That's why I'm looking at (maybe) US-based shops that'll ship overseas for cheap.

You'll have to pay customs tax and GST if the value is over $1000. I was thinking about doing this but you'll save about $50-$100 dollars and the warranty will most likely be from another country.

Customs tax and GST is $1000? The T61p is $1200 more expensive in Australia.

Does anyone know if the T61p has international warranty?

AFAIK Lenovo does offer international warranty. If you want to be sure, just email them and ask
